3. Quote Review & Advisory Disclaimer
Quote review and benchmarking services are provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. Outcomes depend on third-party pricing, availability, lead times, foreign exchange, and scope assumptions.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aventria’s standard payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date, subject to supplier pass-through conditions and staged invoicing where applicable.
5. Warranties & Liability
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aventria is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
